DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Economy Shipping: 1-7 business days after an order is placed.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after an order is placed.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after an order is placed.

The above are processing times as sometimes we make candles to order and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year, and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at HoneyGlow Co have no control over these circumstances.

 

RETURNS 

U.S. ORDERS

At HoneyGlow Co,  all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to HoneyGlow Co within 7 days of delivery.

If you’re not totally obsessed with your HoneyGlow purchase, you can return or exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at HoneyGlowCo.com for further details.

  • When you return your purchase to HoneyGlowCo.com by mail within 14 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
  • We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to HoneyGlow Co within 7 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 14 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.

If you’re not totally obsessed with your HoneyGlowCo.com purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 60 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
